I am replacing the gauge housing on my Sport and assume there is a simple way to remove and reinstall the reset knob for the trip meter to drop the speedo down in the housing? Asking BEFORE I snap it off trying incorrectly!

for VEGLIA it is a simple as "Lefty Loosie - Righty Tighty"

Felt like it was just spinning and spinning but it was apparently already loose. Spun right out.
