900SS fairing bracketry, help needed please.

Post by chas b »

Hi chaps,

I'm fitting the standard ss fairing to my bike as part of its restoration. I changed it from standard back in 1985 so I'm having some trouble remembering how it should assemble.
Maybe someone can look at the attached photos and tell me what I am doing wrong?

Chas, move the bolts that hold the headlight onto the bracket forward into the furthest forward round hole [not the slot].

You'll find it easier just to crack the eggs before you get the yolks out
As for your yokes, sorry, can't help :(
