Narrow case Veglia speedos

Post by SP3 »

I need to either send my original speedo out for restoration or buy a new one. I found new ones on ebay but I don't know if all the Veglia's are the same internally.

Will the above speedo read correctly on my stock '66 250 Monza? Is that a fair price or can I get the right one elsewhere for less?

It will work fine on a 1960's Monza, but is a bit expensive.
They are normally less than $100 new, less if used.
Genuine Ducati speedos will have Ducati printed at the top of the dial.

Thanks for the info. Not too concerned about the Ducati print but good to know anyway. Really just want it to read properly first.
