I'm looking for a set of fairing brackets for my '74 750 Sport. Whilst I can see what they're supposed to look like from the parts books I'd like to make up accurate stainless copies. With this in mind, and as a bit of a long shot (but if you don't ask....), does anyone have...
1. a 'spare' set (or a single bracket) they would be willing to sell (!)
2. a 'spare' set (or single bracket) that they'd be willing to allow me to borrow to use as a pattern to make a few new sets up (can't be just me looking for these can it?!)
3. Photos of the brackets on or off a bike - really thinking about the way the top brace fits under the damper knob, and the way the lower rear bracket fits onto the frame behind the steering 'bump' stops.
I'm also looking for a fairing headlight cover....
Realise this may be a bit of a 'big ask', but any help I can get would be much appreciated - keen to get my fairing on for the summer.
