Oil leaks from starter motor and sight glass

Looks like I have a couple of oil leaks, one from where the starter motor is and one from the oil sight glass
I'm guessing the starter motor uses an O ring to seal where it goes through the case?
The second leak is around the oil sight glass or plastic body around the sight glass, is this removable and how does it seal?
