Time machine....

A week or so ago I posted about finally getting the bike to run. But that really wasn't the story. What took place was truly miraculous.. Adding a kick starter to a SD900

Does anyone know if it's possible to retrofit a kick starter to an electric start SD900?

Has anyone tried and failed, or even better, succeeded?!

I'm new to this Ducati malarky but keen to restore a 1981 Darmah.

Any advice most welcome.

1981 SD900 Darmah - Restoration Project

I took delivery of a 1981 Darmah yesterday. It was originally an SSD 900 in Black/Gold but was changed by a previous owner to the current purple. Not my ideal color but there we are.
