Hi - are these still avaialable, and would you be interested in separating them? Do you know the part number for the pistons or the year of the model they suit? (the '85 had different pistons to the later bikes)?

Re: Problem removing bearing from sproket carrier
Don't know if its just me but things that usually take me 1 hour on another bike end up taking me 3 hours on the Ducati. :*<: Ha! Welcome to the wonderful world of Ducati ownership. The new ones aren't much better either - after completing extensive work on my 1198S Corse SE, I dont think I've ever...

Re: New Member - West Aussie in Washington DC
I've just finished building my 2010 1198s Corse Special Edition - on top of the purchase I've dropped almost $38k into it. I also have a 1986 F1 that I'm restoring at present (this is a slow process though, as I'm working on an original concourse condition bike rebuild & it's hard to find a lot ...

Re: New Member - West Aussie in Washington DC
Welcome aboard Bob. I remember old Ted Stolarski - he was a pretty cool old guy. He lent me a Moto Guzzi Daytona for a weekend once so that I could see if I wanted to buy one. At the time there weren't too many shops who'd give you a demo bike for the weekend! Where in WA are you from (I'm in Southe...

F1 Forcella Italia forks
Would anyone know where I might source a pair of nylon guide bushes for the 750 F1 FI forks (original part # 067037230)?

Pantah Engine Rebuild
Does anyone know of a good reference book on rebuilding the Pantah engines that is worth recommending? I will be rebuilding my F1 motor in the new year.

Paioli Steering Damper
I'm chasing an original Paioli damper (as fitted to the F1) for my restoration project - if anyone has one in their shed that's in good nick, I'd be happy to pay a good price for it.
