Re: misc paint codes FAQ

Does anyone have the paint codes for the Red/Wine colored 74-75 GT's? The paint on mine is pretty much gone, and I can see the steel on the top of the tank. :(

Greetings From Cleaveland

I have been kicking around on here for a few years now and haven't done the formal introduction so here goes, Hello, My name is Mike I am a Ducatisti. It all started for me somewhere around July 2 of 1975, or the day of my birth. 2 months prior to that my father had bought a 750gt new from Tartan Pe...

Unfortunately there is not a "correct" wiring diagram for it anywhere that I can find. the 750-sport 860 gt is close but it uses a completely different dash it it is just extremely frustrating.

early 75gt wiring insanity

To kick this off right, let me give you a little background. I have a 75 gt 750 it is a very early production 75, according to the frame# from what I could find. Here is the best part the engine on it appears to be and judging by the #s is a 74, I have gone through just about every wiring diagram th...

I had three brand new grommets in it. I think at some point the previous owner (dad) bent the tabs in or changed the hole size in the frame to use a different grommet. so these didn't have much grip. Anyway after doing some community service (weed wacking all the drainage ditches) last night I found...

Thanks

I wasn't sure if the small one was the correct one or not, it seemed a little vague on there, and you know the only reason I posted it up on here is because I am buying it from him, this is by far the best resource on the net for bevels!

I have a late 74 750 GT and am looking for a solo seat, I found airtech has them but are extremely un-helpful as to which one I need (actually took their tech's advice and bought the one they recommended and it definately does not fit, I am not to angry with them but they will not take it back as it...

The clutch in my gt750 is extremely finicky when stopped and in gear with the lever pulled in the clutch seems to not engage all the way, the bike seems to want to go with the lever pulled. When I adjust the cable to where it doesn't behave in this manner, it slips when I get on the gas. I seem to r...
