i have used the tommaselli(spelling?) copies that are actually pretty nice looking...i changed hardware(for looks) ,painted one set,and another set i polished some of the aluminum. they look pretty good and work fine....most vintage brit or european bike parts dealers should have them...i think i so...

hi, if the tank is new fiberglass i would not put any acetone or mek in it....hot water and soap...rinse it good..dry with air... try to use non oxyegenated or race gas and one other thing is do not store the bike long with fuel....seems even a well coated fiberglass tank has issues after time ........

hi steve.......thanks sir ..i'm one step ahead of you my friend and used that exact sealer after roughing the tank up with some sheetmetal screws and rinsing with hot water and soap. i have been using it for a few years with fairly good luck..i did have it sheet off on a chopper i built with a new s...

the less the better but do not load the bearings either...as engines heat up clearances increase normally...

adjustable resistor for led tail light(running-brake off position) which was made up with 20 clear 3.3 v 25 ma leds, 110ohm resistors and then soldered onto a circuit board which was wired and mounted under the tail section to the frame.

under lh cover..heat formed abs inner fender,battery strap,cover brackets with rivnuts,clip in fuses and charge light.

the tank /tail section is stock from airtech but modified for the narrow case.(slightly)
