only what I have been told by a few different engine builders through the years as what I should put in my bevel drives so thats what I sell.

if everything else has been removed from the carb, you can use some heat on the area where the atomizer is screwed into the body, specifically on that pillar like bit... Heat it up, drop it in cold water - repeat. IF you have an ultrasonic cleaner that will get it going as well. Lastly, I have taken...

if it looks the same/very similar to this, than that is what you have. Click the link and look at the other photos, and, look at the 1 other starter motor shown as available (but is different as it has mount tabs on the other end). Earlier bevel drive DUCATIs had HUGE starter motors. This is maybe 6...

everything is properly engineered, proper heat treated, proper tolerances, proper STRONG and larger sprag.... It's not going to fail.

Welcome aboard - I suggest you remove the hose from the cover, fix an adapter to your grease gun (the banjo bolt for the hose is M10 x 1.0 thread) and let hydraulic pressure do the work for you.
