Re: darmah side covers

38mm damper rod pistons

Hi all, hope everyone had a good festive break.I am doing a front end overhaul(spring broke) and noticed the damper rod pistons quite loose on the rod, about .9 mm between rod size and bore in piston.they are both basically the same so my question is should they be of closer tolerance, they are held by...

Re: darmah fusebox.

got 3 auto circuit breakers mounted on my ssd. bike came with them I`ve had no trouble ,and previous owner(14yrs) had none either. they sit side by side where old fuse assembly sat.they have posts on them so have to fit ring terminals on cables, they are auto resetting.

darmah side covers

the doohickys that push into the rubbers in the frame are coming out of my side covers, being not pulled out straight and 30 yrs old wouldn`t help. anyone had any similar issues, there is not a lot of meat around them , so i thinking devcon or glass wont be too good.

i have a brand new reg and battery on my ssd, it is wired directly to battery rather than going through the 30yr old harness, as i have moved it to behind the rear carb on the old air box mounts and i run a volt meter as well(hooked directly to the battery) and i constantly have those readings, one t...

the last time mine failed on a 900gts i once owned i by-passed it. you could start it without a key but the lights wouldn`t work unless the ignition was on. it was like that when i sold it 7 years later.
