Exploding wheels ??

Hi, my front campagnolo had hairline cracks at the base of all the spokes. No one could advise me , so it got junked in the end. I am no expert on these matters but have heard some tales of wheels breaking up in the early days. I think the later ones where better. I am currently considering getting ...

Gowanloch wheels

Thanks C. believe it or not I have only just started the Sd900 resurrection. I figure with the current exchange rates these wheels are a good deal, so I reckon there'll be a set in the post for my birthday.

Now I am inspired

:-D Congratulations to Tom Mahoney and the Sd900 he restored. As an irregular visitor to the site it was new to me. It made me sad to think of my own Darmah hidden, neglected, forgotten about but still loved in the corner of the shed. Its followed me through 4 house moves and bits have disappeared o...

Anti vibration rubbers ???

:?: Hi all , does anyone know where I can get the rubber grommets/bushes used to mount things like tank, mudguards, tail light, headlamp and various others. Mine all "melted" over the years, and i dont have originals for reference , currently using tap washers. Oh its for a 1977 900SD.

Campags

A few years back I was (and still am) putting my Darmah back together. I noted that there were hairline cracks on all the "spokes" at the join to the rim. I could never trust it after that , I don't know that it was terminal but it made quite a nice bonfire. There was no white powder or any other in...

350 Sebring

Just had to show the world. Some might think its the ugliest Ducati ever and I must admit that I felt the same, but then I rode it. Hell, its a ducati after all, need I say more . First registered in 1971 in the Isle of Man, I think its a 66 or 67 model. I believe it was one of the 3500 brought into...
